    2026 Forward Annual Conference

    The ARRM Forward Annual Conference is the largest educational event focused on front-line support staff and middle management development in Minnesota, drawing more than 800 DSPs, site supervisors, program managers, program directors, executives and more. This year's transformed conference packs more than five hours of training and development programming into one exciting day, with focused session tracks for every career level and personal interest. It also includes an array of alternative learning and development options, networking and connection opportunities and a 35+ booth exhibitor space.
