ARRM members have been experiencing frustrating delays with service authorization and renewal applications, rate exception requests, and most important, payment for waiver services. There are many factors at work in this dynamic, and providers, lead agencies and DHS often don't know why these things sometimes take so long.
In an effort to cut through some of the confusion, understand the processes and best practices to follow, and get questions answered. ARRM will be holding a webinar exclusively for members on Wednesday, November 12 from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. It will be a moderated panel discussion with providers, lead agencies, and assistor organizations represented.
