My career began in direct support roles while in college, and I quickly developed a passion for helping individuals thrive within community settings. My experience includes managing 245D CRS homes, overseeing programs for individuals with high medical needs, and serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, I work to ensure high-quality services and regulatory compliance.
