Bio

Judi Leibbrand
Deputy Executive Director, Harry Meyering Center

Judi Leibbrand has dedicated nearly 40 years to Harry Meyering Center, where she currently serves as Deputy Executive Director. Her work in the human services non-profit sector has been a lifelong calling—supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to live meaningful, empowered lives. For Judi, coming to work each day is an opportunity to align her purpose with her passion: helping people discover and develop their inherent gifts to enhance their quality of life.

Throughout her tenure, Judi has held nearly every position within the organization, giving her a deep and well-rounded understanding of its mission and operations. She provides strategic direction and oversight to programs and services, always leading with fairness, thoughtfulness, and integrity. Her leadership style is grounded in values—honesty, accountability, respect—and she believes in nurturing the unique talents of those around her.

Judi holds a BS in Human Services Management from the University of Phoenix. She is a graduate of the Greater Mankato Growth Leadership Program and will complete the National Consortium on Leadership Program in November 2025.

Outside of work, Judi finds joy in spending time with her family, who are her world. She treasures deep friendships and enjoys creative hobbies like junk journaling, quilting, and crafting. A lover of all animals and an admirer of flowers (even if not a gardener herself), Judi brings warmth and creativity to everything she does.
