I have spent the last decade of my career providing direct support to those who have barriers to accessing care and supports. My previous roles includes DSP to a Designated Coordinator and everything thing in-between. Now, I am a Designated Manager who oversees the 245D UBS program.
My passion lies in advocacy and equitable supports. I think everyone has a right to define how happiness and success looks like in their lives. To achieve that, the supports the receive must be tailored to their needs and do not command conformity to what others think is best.
