Disengagement in American workers tops 70%! We’re burned out, unhealthy, and unproductive. What’s going on at work?
Many organizations inadvertently reinforce distrust, threat, high turnover, low tolerance for change, and weak performance.
Discover the research-based explanations for this state of affairs, and hear turnaround suggestions that you can use tomorrow!
Hear how a few simple secrets borrowed from neuroscience can be absolute game-changers when applied to the workplace.
Learn the “PICTuRe” model to discover how basic human needs impact behavior.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Cultural Self-Awareness
If cultural competence is about bridging across differences that make a difference, then the work must start with a focus on self. Our identities and cultures inform our beliefs, values, assumptions and biases and thus influence the ways we think about behave when working and relating across difference. This workshop helps change agents explore their own cultural patterns and behaviors and links identity awareness to our capacity to make new and different choices to achieve equity or inclusion goals.
