ARRM Leadership Institute: Workshop 4

When:  Nov 15, 2023

Session and Speaker Details

Mind Your Monkeys; Jason Hunt

Too much on your plate? Well, these could be symptoms that you're taking on responsibilities (monkeys) that are not actually yours. Great leaders delegate well and they know how to keep those delegated responsibilities on the backs of their employees.

In this message, learn how to effectively empower others, how to create critical thinkers, and how to develop the next bench of leaders all the while earning you more time to focus on the most important things.

We will take a close look at how to show care to employees, offer three different ways to help employees solve their own problems, and teach you a simple 5-step process for coaching others through thinking.  We'll finish the day off with a powerful framework for prioritization and 13 time-finding strategies.  It's time to stress less, take back your time, and mind your monkeys!
