ALI 2019 Overview
This four-part series is designed for aspiring, newly hired or promoted, and developing leaders. The program will focus on professional and personal effectiveness, communication, supervising others and cultivating partnerships, and overall leadership growth. This cohort-based training will provide continued and consistent focus on fostering the development of future and current home and community based service leaders. Over the course of the year, ALI attendees will receive hands-on instruction for topics such as supervising employees, managing time and workload, ethics and values, diversity and inclusion, and more. In addition to the valuable education, coaching, and work that will enhance their careers and organizations; participants will also have the opportunity to connect, engage, and learn from peers in the industry and like-organizations.
