Cindra Kamphoff, Ph.D., CMPC, is a keynote speaker, trainer, entrepreneur, and professor who is a go-to high performance coach for leaders, executives, and championship teams including the Minnesota Vikings. She provides mental training for the Minnesota Vikings and works one-on-one with the players.
Based on nearly 20 years of research and consulting, Cindra's focus is helping people gain the high-performance edge by embracing passion and purpose in their work and life.
She is the President and CEO of Mentally Strong Consulting and is the author of the new book which is an Amazon Bestseller, Beyond Grit: Ten Powerful Practices to Gain the High-Performance Edge, and corresponding workbook.
Cindra has a Ph.D. in performance psychology and her work has appeared in New York Times, Sports Illustrated, The Huffington Post, and USA Today. She is the founder of the High Performance Mindset podcast available on iTunes and Stitcher Radio, which has been downloaded in 70 countries and named by Yahoo as one of the Top 10 Podcasts to listen to at the gym.
In her spare time, she loves running marathons. She has ran 15 marathons including 5 Boston Marathons.
