Minnesota Participation Project
This webpage provides voter engagement resources to the nonprofit community, including information about political caucuses. The Minnesota Council of Nonprofits founded the MPP in 2002 to support and expand the capacity of Minnesota's nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations to effectively engage in permissible nonpartisan voter engagement efforts - registration, voter education and voter mobilization activities.
