Don will present the latest changes to the statewide contract, including the working relationship with the state and last few stickier issues.
10:15 – 10:45 Newest Developments on ARRM's Payment Methodologies Project - Devin Nelson
Devin will briefly review the history of the Payment Methodology Task Force, detailing the original charge and the specific issues being addressed. He will provide an update on work completed thus far and cover the current status of the RFP process.

11:00 – 11:45 ARRM's 2009 Legislative Session Initiatives - Bruce Nelson
Bruce will layout ARRM's specific issues and strategies for the 2009 Legislative Session.

Come in from the cold and have a cup of coffee while you learn about a Federal audit called PERM. DHS’ Federal Health Care Audits Manager, Christina Baltes, will explain PERM, PERM’s impact, and what you can do to decrease the potential effects of PERM.

2:45 – 3:30 ICF/MR Study Plan Report - Gerry Nord & Angela Amado
Angela and Gerry will present a brief background on the ICF/MR Study Plan process, walk-through the report contents as they stand at this time, discuss final steps to the December 15th due date, and answer any questions you may have.
