About the Presenter

Kevin M. Lindsey, Esq. is attorney with Halleland, Lewis, Nilan & Johnson practicing in the areas of health care and employment. He graduated from the University of Iowa Law School in 1991 where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and Outstanding Advocate of the National Trial Advocacy Team. He is a frequent contributor and lecturer on health and employment issues. He enjoys serving on several non-profit and community organizations such as the ARRM Board.

Registration fees will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee for cancellations received by the deadline dates noted above. There is no refund for cancellations received after those dates, regardless of reason; substitutions are permitted. No shows will be billed.
