Oh, the places we will go

The 2010 Conference Committee was busy brainstorming themes and speaker ideas during its planning retreat, held in August. We have many ideas for speakers and look forward to new topics for the upcoming training and networking event. We are returning to St. Paul for next year’s venue. We will offer wonderful training opportunities, a large trade show, the auction, awards ceremony, annual meeting as well as time for networking.

ARRM Cares

It is never too early to start your agency process of selecting nominees for the prestigious ARRM Cares Awards. We encourage each agency to develop their own process so their best staff are nominated.

The Ever Popular Auction

As always, we accept donations for the auction at any time.

General Information About the Conference

The ARRM Annual Spring Conference provides an opportunity for training as well as networking for those in attendance. This three day event includes the Annual Meeting where new directors are elected to the Board of Directors, an Auction to raise money for the association as well as to offer an enjoyable social time, and a banquet and dance.

The educational seminars center around the topic areas of Leadership/Current Affairs, Personal Growth, Practical Innovations, Health and Wellbeing, Consumer in the Community, Mental Health and Alternative Services. ARRM applies for pre-approval of CEU credits from the Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators. Social Work and Nursing CEUs can be applied for by the individual seeking credits.
