ARRM's 2010 Conference: Oh, the places we will go!

ARRM’s Annual Conference has always offered companies opportunities for exposure through exhibiting and sponsorship. With over 1500 attendees from related industries, face-to-face marketing opportunities abound. We have several tiered sponsorship opportunities available, ranging from $300 to $2000 and up. Platinum Level: $2000 and up

To take full advantage of the marketing opportunities your sponsorship buys, please sign up using our online form by our April 5th deadline!

1. Company thanked in ARRM Publications with your company's logo and URL.
2. Your company logo with descriptive paragraph on a flyer in all conference attendee bags.
3. Your company logo with acknowledgement and thanks on the inside cover of the conference program. You must sign up for this sponsorship by April 5th to receive this benefit.
4. Signage announcing your agency's sponsorship where food is offered at break locations, the auction, and the Annual Meeting.
5. Company logo on ARRM's website, broadcast email before the conference, and link to company website.
6. A thank you slide running throughout the conference with company logo and event sponsored, descriptive company paragraph, company URL, and colorful graphics (photo or artwork).
7. 3’ X 8’ Company Banner located on the wall of sponsors.* Please note: full color banners sporting your company logo and tagline plus conference sponsorship information. This 3ft x 8ft. banner can be cropped to a 3ft x 4ft banner with conference specific information relegated to the lower half of the banner. This means you go home with a great company banner plus grommets.

Gold Level: $1000

2. Company logo on ARRM's website, broadcast email before the conference, and link to company website.
3. A thank you slide running throughout the conference with company logo, and event sponsored.
4. Acknowledgement and thanks on the inside cover of the conference program. You must sign up for this sponsorship by April 3rd to receive this benefit.
5. 2’ X 6’ Company Banner located on the wall of sponsors.* Please note: full color banners sporting your company logo and tagline plus conference sponsorship information. This 2ft x 6ft. banner can be cropped to a 2ft x 3ft banner with conference specific information relegated to the lower half of the banner. This means you go home with a great company banner plus grommets.

Silver Level: $500

1. Company thanked in ARRM Publications.
2. Company name on ARRM's website.
3. A thank you slide running throughout the conference with company name and event sponsored.
4. Your company name with acknowledgement and thanks in the conference program. You must sign up for this sponsorship by April 5th to receive this benefit.
5. Your company's name will be included in the list of Silver sponsors on a banner located on the wall of sponsors.

Bronze Level: $300

1. Company name listed on ARRM's website.
2. Your company name with acknowledgement and thanks in the conference brochure. You must sign up for this sponsorship by April 5th to receive this benefit.

* For tax purposes, the value of your donation is decreased by the cost of your banner. We will provide you with an acknowledgement letter indicating what your charitable contribution is.
