Both the Minnesota Vulnerable Adults Act and the Maltreatment of Minors Act received "due process" overhauls that accord new reconsideration processes for individuals who face disqualification for serious and recurring maltreatment. This video highlights key legislative changes, in particular, the new reportable therapeutic error category in the VAA.
