ARRM uses the Associated Press style guide for all written communications. All external communications must be cleared through ARRM's communications department (e.g., communications director, CEO, COO) for approval before being published. These include website, blog and social media posts; email blasts; marketing materials; sponsorship and donations solicitations; and public relations communications. These do not include regular association communications such as committee and board meeting notices.
