Barb Brynstad, Public Relations Director Is the primary staff for the Public Relations Committee and is responsible for the marketing side of member relations. She works with sponsorships and public relations projects, as well as ARRM's grassroots advocacy initiative. bbrynstad@arrm.org

Shelley Heutmaker, Finance & Database Director Is the primary staff for the Finance committee and is responsible for operations including financial management, human resources, database and administrative management. sheutmaker@arrm.org

Barb Jacobson, Chief Operating Officer Is the primary staff for the Service Design and Delivery and Workforce Development Committees and provides leadership, with Bruce, in coordinating staff work plans and addressing critical issues affecting the industry. She works with the Executive Director on strategic planning and is second in command. bjacobson@arrm.org

Sara Krogman, Field Coordinator Assists Barb Brynstad and Nancy Peterson in coordinating grassroots advocacy and member recruitment and retention activities. She also provides support for the Public Relations and Public Affairs Committees. skrogman@arrm.org

Bruce Nelson, Chief Executive Officer Is the primary staff for the Board of Directors, Executive and Public Affairs Committees. He is responsible for the overall operations of the association and ensuring that ARRM’s mission and directives of the Board of Directors are carried out. He focuses much of his efforts on legislative and other public policy issues. bnelson@arrm.org

Nancy J. Peterson, Director of Member Services and Education Is the primary staff for the Conference Committee and is responsible for ARRM conferences, workshops and special events, a well as member relations. npeterson@arrm.org
