Barb Brynstad, Public Relations Director Staffs the Public Relations Committee and the marketing side of Member Services. She works with sponsorships and special projects like Qwikcast and Community Enrichment Week. bbrynstad@arrm.org

Daniel McDermott, Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Operational and administrative support to staff and committees. dmcdermott@arrm.org

Barbara Fraley, Research Director Staffs the Financial Resources Committee and is responsible for research and statistical analysis of industry funding streams and expenditure trends. bfraley@arrm.org

Putzie Fryklund, Events Coordinator Coordinates many of the activities related to all ARRM training workshops, conferences and special events. She provides support for the Education and Conference Committees. putzie@arrm.org

Shelley Heutmaker, Finance & Database Director Staffs the Finance and Member Services committees and is responsible for operations including financial management, member relations, human resources, database and administrative management. sheutmaker@arrm.org

Barb Jacobson, Chief Operating Officer Staffs the Program and Rules Committee and provides leadership, with Bruce, in coordinating staff work plans and addressing critical issues affecting the industry. She works with the Executive Director on strategic planning and is second in command. bjacobson@arrm.org

Bruce Nelson, Executive Director Staffs the Board of Directors and Executive and Public Affairs Committees. He is responsible for the overall operations of the association and ensuring that ARRM’s mission and directives of the Board of Directors are carried out. He focuses much of his efforts on legislative and other public policy issues. bnelson@arrm.org

Nancy J. Peterson, Director of Professional Development Staffs the Education and Conference Committees and is responsible for ARRM conferences, workshops and special events. npeterson@arrm.org
