Benefits of Joining ARRM

Organizational Members are organizations that provide residential and/or program services to people with disabilities. Our members provide services through the DD, TBI, CADI and CAC waivers; ICFs/MR and SILS. As an Associate Member, you gain access to ARRM's comprehensive knowledge base, connecting you with numerous agencies and businesses in MN that provide services to people with disabilities. Read more about each type of membership below.

Advocacy
ARRM fights for rate increases, staff compensation and other significant issues affecting the industry, and as the industry changes, new and increasingly complex issues emerge. As they arise, ARRM is at the table representing our members! Over the past six years, ARRM's lobbying at the legislature has provided Minnesota providers with rate increases totaling 26.5%. We keep our members up-to-date with urgent and on-going industry issues, and represent them at the legislature and at the Departments of Health and Human Services. Reduced Training Rates
We provide member-driven training geared to meet our members' unique needs, and as a benefit, ARRM members receive reduced rates on workshops and our annual conference. We address issues such as Wage and Hour, and HIPAA laws that affect all providers. ARRM's Education and Conference committees target training needs as identified by our members.

Information
ARRM's comprehensive network directory, website, database, mentors, in-house expertise and publications provide critical information for members. Members receive a membership packet which includes a media kit, recruitment videos and much more. We also provide ongoing newsletters, timely alerts and updates.

Support and Community
ARRM has an extensive network and mentor system. Connect with and learn from other members. Join a committee or attend events and trainings to get to know your colleagues.
