ARRM's Annual Conference is a spectacular two-day event loaded with education, networking, innovative ideas and practical solutions designed to drive breakthrough thinking and change. More than 1,000 attend, including mid- and executive level managers, direct support professionals (DSPs), and individuals from related industries. This is the largest conference for the private disability services industry in Minnesota, reaching decision makers and influencers for more than 160 organizations.
Exhibiting at the ARRM Annual Conference is one of the best opportunities to put your organization’s name in front of many of the disability service industries top decision makers in one concentrated period. Conference attendees are eager to learn about new partners and solutions that will help them run better organizations and better support people in achieving their goals.

In addition to dedicated time for attendees to browse the exhibition hall, exhibitors may host drawings of their own which will be listed for conference attendees to see, and exhibitors can participate in ARRM's stamp card prize drawing, encouraging attendees to move around and see as many booths as possible. Exhibitors have the option of promoting their drawings and other announcements in their complimentary brochure ad space, or purchasing mobile application push notifications to send an alert directly to attendee phones during the conference.

Each exhibitor registration includes the following:
- Event registration for one person, including one meal per day
- Standard 8’ x 10’ booth with draping (additional booth space can be purchased)
- One skirted table with two chairs
- Organization name and contact information listed in conference brochure, webpage, and mobile application
- 1 lunch per day per booth included
